In the future, the CTV will have more than 750,000 square metres to house
services such as the customs zone, a car park for industrial vehicles,
technical and health assistance services and catering infrastructures, in
addition to existing operators.
The customs zone has been designed to satisfy all the demands of companies
in the sector. Thus, besides the customs zone, the CTV has an extensive public
storage facility, weigh-bridge, offices, tax free depot, etc.
For its part, the services area includes workshops for the repair, maintenance
and cleaning of industrial vehicles. For professionals, the CTV has a health
care service, rest area and catering infrastructure.
Lastly we should not forget to mention services such as the Spanish Railways
intermodal terminal or the Technical Vehicle Inspection centre located just
a few hundred metres away. |
